We have been doing this job for more than 30 years and our vehicle preparation has evolved over that time. Our aim is to take away any objection, and we are good at that. But it's not just about the way the truck looks, it is also about the mechanical condition. 

We put a great deal of effort in ensuring that there are no defects. If a clutch, for example, is borderline worn, then we will just change it as part of our preparation process. We study the service history to try to get everything covered.
